We use custom-fitted trays to minimize gel contact with gums, and can include prescription-strength desensitizing gel. Patients with sensitive teeth often do better with gradual take-home treatment.

With proper oral hygiene and periodic touch-ups, results typically last 1–3 years. Reducing coffee, red wine, and tobacco consumption extends results significantly. Your custom trays can be used with refill gel for easy maintenance touch-ups at home.

Whitening gel works on natural tooth enamel only — it does not lighten crowns, veneers, or bonding. If you have restorations, we recommend whitening your natural teeth first, then matching new restorations to your desired shade. Dr. Gill will assess your full smile during your consultation.
