Good dentistry survives questions. These are the ones worth asking before any significant treatment, and any dentist should be able to answer them without defensiveness.

Writing questions down beforehand tends to work better than remembering them in the chair.
If you have been given a large treatment plan and want another view, that is a normal part of making an informed decision. A second opinion is not an accusation. What we will do is examine you ourselves and tell you what we see — not critique a colleague we have not spoken to.
A consultation is a conversation. Bring the list and we will work through it.
