Dr. Gill’s approach is to recommend the least invasive option that will hold up over time. That often means monitoring a small problem, or repairing rather than replacing, before moving to a crown or extraction.
After an examination you receive a written treatment plan with the recommended sequence and an estimate. If you have insurance we will submit a pre-treatment estimate for larger work when the plan allows it.
Some care is better handled by a specialist. Surgical extractions of impacted teeth, complex orthodontic cases, sleep apnea diagnosis, and certain endodontic and periodontal procedures may be referred to trusted Fresno-area colleagues.
