The Premier Club

A flat monthly membership for patients without dental insurance. Preventive care is included rather than reimbursed, and treatment carries a stated discount. It is a membership program, not dental insurance.
What it costs

Premier Club membership is confirmed at $32 per month per person — an annual membership ($384/year) billed annually, payable in monthly credit-card or ACH payments. Cosmetic add-on pricing is pending final confirmation by the office. Membership is not dental insurance, does not accumulate benefits, and cannot be combined with insurance for the same service.

How it works

From enrolment to your first cleaning

1. Enroll
Call the office or sign up at your next visit. There is no waiting period, no deductible, no annual maximum, and no claim to file.
2. Use it immediately
Book your two cleanings and exams for the membership year whenever suits you. Bring family members onto their own memberships at the same rate.
3. Treatment at member rates
If a filling or other restorative work is needed, the member discount applies to the fee quoted in your written treatment plan.
Is it for you?

A good fit if you have no dental insurance

If you pay out of pocket, the membership covers the preventive visits you should be having anyway and takes the sting out of the treatment that follows. Two cleanings, two exams, and X-rays are the bulk of what most healthy adults need in a year.

Not a fit if you already have a PPO plan

If you carry PPO dental insurance or Medi-Cal Dental (Denti-Cal), use it — we accept both, and membership cannot be applied on top of coverage for the same service. See Insurance & Premier Club for how the two compare.

What it is not

The Premier Club is not dental insurance and is not a qualified health plan. It is an agreement directly with our office. It does not pay a third party, does not carry a network, and offers no reimbursement for care received elsewhere.
