Two people can be told they need "a crown" and be quoted differently for honest reasons. Understanding the variables makes an estimate readable instead of arbitrary.
A useful estimate separates what is urgent from what is elective, states what each item is for, and makes clear which parts depend on what is found during treatment. If an estimate does not distinguish those things, ask.
We will not publish a price list for procedures that require examination first — a number without a diagnosis is not information. What we will do is tell you the cost before treatment starts, and explain what would change it.
