Start with the exam, not the estimate
It is difficult to budget for dentistry without knowing what you are budgeting for. An exam with X-rays produces a written picture of what is going on, what is urgent, and what can wait — which is usually the point at which the money question becomes answerable.
If cost is the reason you have been putting this off, say so at the visit. It changes the order we suggest, not the quality of care.
